We’ve been operating from this location for quite a few years now. Our work mostly involves insulation and general engineering tasks for the industries around this part of Madhya Pradesh. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. Most of the time, we are covered in dust or bits of insulation material. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our records and take phone calls. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here a long time and the local companies know we can get the job done. Sometimes it’s hard to get the right supplies delivered all the way out here to Jayant, so we have to be pretty good at planning things out in advance. We have a couple of workers who have been with us since the start. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how much it will cost. There’s no fancy mission statement here. We just want to do the engineering work properly so the equipment stays protected. It’s a steady life, and we like being part of the colony here. We just take things one day at a time and keep our tools ready.
