Jd Hospital

Jd Hospital is tucked away right near the DAV School, so we get a lot of noise from the kids playing during recess. It’s actually a nursing home too, which means we have people staying with us for longer stretches. It isn't a shiny new medical center, but it’s sturdy and it serves the purpose. We spend a lot of our time making sure the patients are comfortable and that their families feel okay when they visit. The building has been here for years, and you can tell by the way the stairs are a little worn down in the middle. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or have kids at the school. Our staff is mostly people who live nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk in the hallways. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud when they are prepping lunch, but the food is decent. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there might be some paperwork piled up on the front desk. It’s just a normal hospital doing normal things. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy lobby furniture. We just want to make sure everyone gets the care they need without a lot of trouble or confusion. That’s just the way we run things here near the school and we've gotten used to the routine.
