Space Planner

You can find us at House Number 71 on the first floor along Penar Road in Sakchi. We are right near the Reliance Footprints, which is a good landmark for anyone coming into this part of Jamshedpur. Space Planner is our small firm where we focus on making the most of whatever area someone has to work with. The office is reached by a set of stairs that can be a bit steep, but once you are up here, it’s a quiet place to focus. We have a few drafting tables and a lot of cabinets filled with blueprints from over the years. Sakchi is always bustling, so being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life. We spend our days measuring rooms, drawing layouts, and talking to people about how they want to live or work in their space. It is a lot of practical thinking, like where to put a door so it doesn’t hit a cabinet. We don’t use much fancy software if a hand sketch will do the trick faster. Our team is small, just a few of us who have lived in Jamshedpur for a long time. We know how the local houses are built and what the common issues are. It’s a simple, honest business where we try to give people useful plans. Most of our days are spent on the phone or scribbling on large sheets of paper while we drink our coffee and work.
