Prathist & Co.

Our office is over at 26-5-26 in Bandikodigehalli, right on the 4th Cross. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We set up Prathist & Co. a few years back because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something. The building is just a standard place where we keep our files and equipment. We aren't big on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites or meeting people, but this is where we return to get the paperwork finished. Bandikodigehalli is growing, but it still feels like a small town in many ways. We know the people on our street and we say hello when we’re out getting tea in the afternoon. Our work isn't anything glamorous, just solid effort every day to keep things moving. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is open, you can just walk in and talk to us directly. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what’s needed that week. It's a small team, mostly just family and a couple of friends who know the business well. We try to keep things organized, though the desk gets messy when we're busy with projects. We’ve been at this address since we started. It’s a reliable spot for us and we don't plan on moving. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth works.
