World of Jobs

You can find us in Sindhudurg, specifically at Dwarka Nagri in the New Sabniswada area. We are in Block No 503, which is in the B Wing of the building. Being near the Jilla Parishard School means there’s always a bit of activity around here during the day. We’ve set up our office to be a straightforward place where people can come to look for work. There aren't any big signs or flashy lights, just a simple door where people can walk in. The focus is on matching people with jobs that are currently open. We spend a lot of time looking through listings and talking to employers in the region. It’s a lot of research and making sure we have the right contact details. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the phones are busy, but we keep at it anyway. We see all kinds of people, from young folks looking for their first job to older workers wanting a change. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. If there aren't many jobs one week, we say so. It’s better to be upfront than to give someone false hope. The office stays fairly quiet except for the occasional sound from the school nearby. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of applications. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the position. That’s why we’re here in this part of Sindhudurg, just trying to make those connections happen one by one for the neighborhood.
