Willbert Properties Llp has its office in Kankavli, down in the Kalmath area. We are located in the Manohar Shilp Building, specifically on the first floor in unit F 22. If you are coming from the main road, we are quite close to the Janavli Bridge. It is a nice part of town, not too far from the post office. We focus on property matters around Kankavli and the surrounding villages in the Taluka. The office is a modest space where we keep our records and meet with people. It is a very local operation, and we know most of the people who live and work around here. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land documents and helping people figure out their property needs. Kankavli is a growing place, and there is a lot of interest in this part of the Konkan region. We don't have a corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a small team of us handling the daily tasks. Sometimes we are in the office all day, and other times we are out visiting sites near the bridge or further out in Kalmath. We keep things informal and honest. People usually just drop by for a cup of tea and a talk about what is available in the market. It’s a decent way to work, and we enjoy being part of the local community here.
