Being in this part of Maharashtra is very different from being in a big city like Mumbai or Pune. It is much quieter here, and the air is a lot fresher. Our office is a simple house or building numbered 553. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space, which is where we manage our beverage company. It is a very rural setting, and most of our neighbors are locals who have lived here forever. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy entrance. The road to get to us can be a bit narrow and winding, especially during the heavy rains we get in this region. We spend our days managing the logistics of our products in a very straightforward way. There is no corporate ladder here; we just all chip in and do what is needed to keep the business running. Sometimes it takes a little longer for mail or supplies to reach us because we are a bit out of the way. We like the slow pace of Sukalwad and the fact that we can work without the constant noise of city traffic. It is a practical, honest place to have a business, and we are quite content with our small setup here.
