Things move a bit slower in this part of the country, and we like it that way. We aren't a big city developer with thousands of employees. It’s just us working on local projects. Most of our work involves land and small-scale building. We know everyone in the area and they know us. The office is pretty basic. We don't need much to do our work. Some tables, chairs, and our files are enough. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or at construction sites. Dealing with the local authorities and the villagers is part of the daily routine. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just people from Kasal trying to build things.
