Sanjeevan Hospital

Our hospital, Sanjeevan Hospital, is located in the village of Talawade, which is part of the Sawantwadi area. Being in a village means things are a bit different than in the big cities. We know almost everyone who walks through the door, or at least we know their family. It’s a local place through and through. The building is simple and sits right there in the village of Talawade. We deal with whatever comes our way, from minor scrapes to more serious illnesses. It can be a bit of a challenge being out here, but we manage. We don't have the fancy technology of the big city centers, but we have enough to take care of our neighbors. The pace of life here is a bit slower, but the hospital can still get busy on market days or when something is going around. We don't have a marketing department or a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and help people get better. Most of the time, the air is fresh and the surroundings are green. It’s a good place for a hospital. We’ve been part of this village for a while now. People know they can come to us when they aren't feeling well. We just do our work and try to keep everyone in Talawade healthy. It’s a quiet life but an important one for the people who live here in our corner of Sawantwadi. We take it one day at a time.
