SAI RASS INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

We are based in Sawantwadi, in a place called Kapaiwadi. Our office is just at house number 527. It’s a bit different from the big city offices in Mumbai or Pune. It’s much quieter here in Sindhudurg. We work on infrastructure projects in the local area, and there’s a lot of greenery around us. We handle the technical side of building things like roads or small structures. Most of the time we are out on the field looking at the actual work. The office at house 527 has been our base for a while. We have a porch where we sit sometimes to discuss the day's tasks. Sawantwadi is a beautiful place, and we like that our work contributes to the area. We don't have high-speed elevators or glass walls. It's just a sturdy building that serves its purpose. We know all the local shortcuts through the hills to get to the different sites. Sometimes the power goes out during a storm, and we just have to wait for it to come back on to finish our computer work. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local people who know how to build things. We handle our own accounts and our own logistics. It keeps things simple. If there’s a problem on a site, we go there and fix it ourselves. It’s more direct here, and that’s how we operate.
