Rukmini Super Bazaar

Rukmini Super Bazaar is located at Shop No- 2234 in Banda, right near the SP Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means we get a lot of people coming through who are just passing by or waiting for their ride. It’s a handy spot for picking up groceries or things you forgot to buy earlier. We keep a bit of everything on the shelves. It’s a local family-run shop, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter. The space is a bit tight when we get a new shipment of rice or oil, but we find room for it. Sawantwadi is a nice place to live and work, and the people in Banda are mostly regular customers we know by name. We open early in the morning so the commuters can grab what they need. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is kept. It gets busy during the holidays when everyone is preparing big meals. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just open the shutters and wait for customers. Sometimes the cows wander close to the door from the street, but that's just part of life here. If you're at the bus stand and have ten minutes to spare, you can walk over and find what you need. It's just a simple grocery store for the local community. We don't make a big deal out of things, we just sell what people ask for.
