We’ve been here in Village Chouke for a while now. It’s a quiet place in the Sindhudurg district, and that’s just how we like it. Most days start pretty early because there is always something to prep or clean before the sun gets too high. We aren't a big factory or anything fancy like that. It’s just us working with what we have here. People from around the taluka know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out or the rains make the roads a bit messy, but we keep going anyway. It’s just honest work. We don't have a big team, just a few local folks who know how to get things done. Mostly, we spend our time making sure the food is handled right. You won't see us putting up big ads or posters everywhere. We prefer when someone just stops by because they heard about us from a neighbor. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but that is part of the job. Being at post Chouke means we are close to the roots of everything we use. It is a simple life, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to do them well enough so people come back next time. There’s no secret formula here, just people working in a village, trying to make a decent living by doing what they know.
