Pertodegoa Resorts Private Limited is based out of Village Nirawade. Our specific spot is at 1109, Malkarwadi, which is near Pendhur Nahveli. It is quite a different environment than working in a big city office. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and it is much quieter here. We handle the resort operations from this location. Since we are in a village area, we have to be more hands-on with everything. If something breaks, we usually have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. The office is a simple building that fits in with the rest of the village. We spend a lot of time walking around the grounds and checking on the property. It is a private limited company, but we keep things very casual. We don't wear formal clothes or have long meetings. Most of our discussions happen while we are walking or sitting outside. The weather plays a big part in our daily work. When it rains heavily, we have to make sure everything is tied down. Malkarwadi is a nice community and we know most of the people around here. It takes some time to get used to the slower pace of life, but we like it. We just focus on keeping the resort in order and making sure things are ready for visitors. It is hard work but we find it rewarding in its own way.
