Nm Realcon Llp is situated down in Sindhudurg, specifically in the Malvan area. Our setup is a bit different because we operate out of House No. 1270, which is known as Youvrajbanglow. It’s located in Bhatwadi, near Kolamb. The address is 22/2/9 Milind Narayan Jadhav House, but everyone locally just calls it the bungalow. Being in Malvan means the air is always a bit salty from the sea. It’s a lot quieter here than in the big cities. The house has been here for years and it feels solid. We use a couple of the rooms for our office work and keeping all our records. There’s a porch where we sometimes sit to talk about work when the weather is nice. You don't get the same rush here as you do in Mumbai or Pune. Everything moves a bit slower in Bhatwadi, and we’ve gotten used to that pace. Most of the people who come by are locals or people who know the Jadhav family. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a practical space that suits what we do. We like being part of the community here in Sindhudurg and keeping things straightforward. It isn't a corporate setup with shiny floors, just a regular home where we do our business every day.
