Up at Prantee P/Atdumbur, things stay pretty busy for us at Kargil Builders And Constructions (Opc)Private Limited. We aren't a big outfit, mostly just one person running the show with some help here and there on the job sites. Being out here in Dumbur means we know the ground and the people quite well. We started this because there was a need for someone who could just get the building work done without a lot of fuss. Most days involve checking on materials or talking to the guys about the next step in a project. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal sometimes, but seeing a wall go up where there was nothing before is a good feeling. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the files and the tools. We don’t spend much on ads because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People know where to find us if they have a question about a renovation or a new build. Sometimes we run behind schedule when the rain hits, but we try to be honest about that. It’s just how construction goes in this part of the country. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent things that last for the folks who live nearby. It’s a quiet life mostly, just bricks and mortar and plenty of coffee for the crew to keep going.
