Jadhav Clinic

Jadhav Clinic is way out in Tersebambarde, which is part of the Kudal Taluka. It’s a very different vibe out here than in the big cities. Things move a lot slower, and everyone in the village pretty much knows who we are and where to find us. We are just a small post-based clinic. The building is old and simple, and we don't have any of those electronic calling systems or fancy screens. We just call out the next person's name when we are ready. Most of our day is spent seeing people from the local farms or families who have lived in Kudal for generations. The commute can be a bit of a hassle during the monsoon because the roads around here get pretty muddy, but we make sure to open up on time anyway. It’s mostly just a one-room or two-room operation where we handle the basic stuff that comes up. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us doing the work. You won't find any glossy brochures here. People just come in, sit on the benches, and wait their turn. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy enough. The air is cleaner out here at least, even if we don't have the convenience of a city. We just stay focused on the people who walk through that door every morning. It’s a quiet existence, but the clinic serves its purpose for the local community here.
