Epicure Food & Beverages

Epicure Food & Beverages is out at Gut No. 44 B 1 in Belne Khurd. It’s a small village area near Kankavli in the Sindhudurg district. Being out here in the countryside means it’s a lot quieter than the big cities, but we still keep very busy with the daily chores. We have a lot of space around the building, which is good for the trucks and for storing some of the raw materials we use for the beverages. Most of the people working here live nearby, so they walk or ride their bikes in every morning. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just the name on the gate. Inside, it’s mostly just the smell of whatever we’re processing that day and the hum of the cooling units. Sindhudurg is a beautiful place, but the work we do is practical and a bit messy at times. We deal with food and drinks, so there’s always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of every shift. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures and making sure the storage areas are dry and safe. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just muscle memory now. We don't spend much time in an office; we're usually out on the floor or in the warehouse. It’s just how we run things here in Belne Khurd, and it keeps us occupied until the sun goes down.
