You can find us over in Berai, which is in the Raja Pakar block. Specifically, we are at H-41 in Damodarpur Panch. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but this is where we belong. DOELWIT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION is our official name. We do a mix of engineering work and general building. It’s a quiet area mostly, which is nice when you are trying to focus on technical drawings or planning out a new site. We have a small group of people who know their way around a construction site. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just take on projects, figure out the engineering side, and then start the physical work. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the supplies get stuck in traffic, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a huge company with fancy cars. We are more comfortable in our work boots out in the field. The community in Raja Pakar is close-knit, so word travels fast if you do a good job or a bad one. We prefer to just keep our heads down and work. It’s about making sure the measurements are right and the materials are strong. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and plan to keep at it. Our office is just a simple space where we meet and talk about the day's tasks.
