Down here at Plot No.12 in Sayli, things are usually moving pretty fast. Ultra Fab India Private Limited has its roots right here in Silvassa. It's a bit of a drive out to Survey No.263/3/2, but we’ve been at this location for a good bit now. The weather gets pretty humid sometimes, which makes the work a bit tougher, but the team stays on it. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a hands-on environment. You’ll mostly find us on the floor making sure everything is running right. People around here know us as a regular local employer. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Every day brings something a bit different. One day we're sorting out a logistical hiccup, the next we're just keeping the machines maintained. It's a practical way to run a business. We have a few long-term employees who have been with us since the start. They know the ins and outs of this plot better than anyone else. Silvassa is a busy place for industry, and we’re just one part of that bigger picture. We keep our heads down and focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes dusty place, but it's where we get things done. We don't overcomplicate things. It's just us and the work, day in and day out, trying to stay on top of our daily schedule.
