Taiyebi Consultancy

Our office is over in Tokarkhada on the second floor of Adivsi Bhava. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to them. We do consultancy work here, which basically means a lot of talking and looking over papers with people who come in. We’ve been set up in this building for a bit now. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working at our desks. We deal with whatever questions walk through the door. Sometimes it’s tax stuff, other times it’s more general business advice. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come up to the second floor and find us sitting there. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we manage. We’ve known most of our neighbors in the building for years. Working in Tokarkhada feels a bit different than being in the middle of a big city center, which we kind of like. It’s more relaxed here. We just try to give people the right information and help them figure out their next steps. There’s always a stack of folders on the table that needs sorting or filing. We don't spend much on decorating the place, we just keep the computers running and the lights on so we can get through the daily tasks. It’s simple work but it keeps us very occupied.
