Shidhnath Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is located on Silvassa Road, right on the first floor of the Pramukh Complex. It’s a busy building, Plot No-25, and there’s always something going on with the other shops and offices nearby. We spend our days dealing with engineering stuff, which usually means a lot of technical talk and looking at plans. The office isn't very large, but it works for us. We have our desks and our computers, and there is usually a stack of folders that needs sorting out. Silvassa Road can get pretty packed with trucks and cars, so it’s never really quiet outside. We don’t put on any airs about being a big corporate firm. We are just a group of people who know our way around engineering. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in Pramukh Complex. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the day's work. It’s a regular job with regular hours, though sometimes we stay late to finish something up. We don’t have any fancy slogans or mission statements written on the walls. We just come in, do the work that’s expected of us, and head home. It is a practical way to run a business and it seems to work out just fine for us. We just keep things moving and focus on the tasks at hand.
