Sameer Engineering Works

Sameer Engineering Works is tucked away at Plot No. 131/1, right in Shop No. 4 on Silvassa Road. We’re just behind the Adarsh Shopping Center and across from Remi Steel, near the Gidc Char Rasta. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there’s always something happening nearby. We do a lot of fabrication and repair work here in the shop. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. You’ll usually find us surrounded by welding equipment and stacks of metal sheets. The noise from the nearby factories is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't big on paperwork; we’d much rather be working on a project with our hands. People from the Gidc area come to us when they need something made or fixed quickly. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being consistent and staying in the same spot for years. The shop can get quite hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren’t all related. We know the other shop owners on this road, and we often help each other out. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. We just open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings to the workshop.
