Reliance Industries Ltd.

This particular branch of Reliance Industries Ltd. is located at S.N. 342 in Kharadpada. It’s out near Naroli in Silvassa. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a big site with plenty of space for everything we do. The area is a mix of industrial plots and some more open land. Most of us who work here have been coming to this site for years. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices you see in the big cities. This is where the actual work happens. The buildings are large and functional, designed to hold a lot of equipment and materials. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the large sheds, so we’re used to the weather here. Sometimes it rains quite hard, and we have to adjust our schedule accordingly. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch, and that’s where you hear most of the local news. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We have to keep a close eye on the gates and the loading docks. There’s a lot of walking involved because the site is so spread out. We don’t have much time for sitting around. The focus is always on the daily output and making sure the machines are running as they should. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere where everyone knows their role and does their part.
