Our facility is at Survey No. 104/2 in Village Rakholi. Even though we are a private limited company, it still feels like a small family business when you walk through the doors. Rakholi is a quiet place, but we keep things busy here at Surelock Plastics. We have a few lines running throughout the day making different plastic items. The plastic smell is something you just get used to after the first week. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture for the office. We’d rather put that into keeping the machines running well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, though the roads can get bumpy. We started with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as the years went by. It’s been a lot of long hours and late nights. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just try to do a good job so the customers don't complain about the product. When the weekend comes, we’re all glad to turn the power off and have some silence for a change. It’s just a regular factory in a regular village, and we’re proud of what we’ve built with our own hands over the years. We take pride in just showing up and doing the job.
