At Rajpurohit Gmp India Ltd., we operate out of 103/108, Dss Limited Industrial Estate in Piparia. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you’re in the industrial estate, it’s not hard to spot. We have a couple of units combined to give us enough space for everything. The place is usually full of activity from morning until evening. We work in the pharma sector, so there’s a lot of focus on the technical side of things. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and trucks, but we keep the inside as tidy as we can. We’ve got a mix of experienced people and some younger workers who are still learning. We don’t have a big corporate feel here. It’s more about the actual work on the floor. Most of our meetings happen standing up while looking at the machines. We’ve been in Piparia for some time now and like the community here. The local shops are where we get our lunch and tea. Dealing with all the regulations can be a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the life. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving so that the orders are ready when they need to be. It’s a no-nonsense type of operation we have going and it works for us.
