Balaji Packaging Industries

Our business, Balaji Packaging Industries, is based at Plotno. 21 in the Industrial Estate of Dan Udyog Sahkari Sangh Ltd., which is over in Piparia. It’s a good-sized plot where we handle all the packaging work. There’s always a lot of material moving in and out, like rolls of paper or plastic and finished boxes. The machines can be quite loud when they’re all running at once, so we’ve gotten used to talking over the noise. Piparia is a busy place for industry, and being part of the Dan Udyog Sahkari Sangh Ltd. estate keeps us right in the thick of things. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. Most of our space is taken up by the production line and stacks of inventory. We try to keep the place organized, but with so much packaging material around, it can get a bit crowded. At Balaji Packaging Industries, we just focus on getting the orders out on time. We’ve had some long days when the machines break down or when a big order comes in last minute, but we always manage to figure it out. It’s just us working hard at Plotno. 21, making sure everything is packed up and ready to go. We don't see the need for corporate talk; we just do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a steady life here in the industrial estate, and we are fine with that.
