Oracle Polyplast

Oracle Polyplast is located out in the Rakholi Indl. Area, specifically across plots 10, 11, 12, and 13 in Sy No. 101 (P). It’s quite a bit of space to manage for a small team like ours. Being in Dadra & Nagar Haveli means the weather can be a bit intense, especially during the monsoon when the rain really pours down on the tin roofs for hours. We work with plastics, so the machines are usually running most of the time. It gets quite noisy inside, so you really have to talk loud to be heard over the hum. The floors are concrete and they've got some cracks and stains from years of heavy use and moving pallets around. We don’t mind it, though. It feels like a place where real work happens every day. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do without needing a lot of talk or meetings. The warehouse is usually full of raw materials and finished goods waiting to be loaded onto the trucks. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the mud near the entrance if it’s been raining too hard. We just get out there and help them through it. It’s not a fancy office job by any means. We wear heavy boots and old shirts because things get messy. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a long time now. People around here know us for being steady and reliable. We just keep our heads down and get the production numbers where they need to be.
