Shri Navkar Plastic Industries

Shri Navkar Plastic Industries is located at Plotno. 3, Sr. No. 678/1/3. We are over in the Premier Ind. Estate in Naroli. It’s a quiet area compared to some of the bigger cities, but inside the estate, it’s always moving. We have a shed that houses all our plastic work. It’s not a climate-controlled office building. It’s a workspace. We have some older machines that need a bit of a kick sometimes to get started, but they do the job just fine. The floor is concrete and a bit cracked in places, but it holds up. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather spend it on keeping the lights on and the materials coming in. Most of our day is spent watching the output and making sure the settings are right. We eat lunch together most days. Someone usually has an extra paratha to share. It’s that kind of place. Naroli is a good spot for us. It’s out of the way but still connected enough to get our stuff out to where it needs to go. We don't have a big corporate ladder. Just the owner and the workers all together. We stay focused on Plotno. 3 and the work we have in front of us. It’s simple, practical, and it keeps us going day after day. There is always something that needs to be packed or loaded onto a waiting truck.
