Ashi Industries

Our place, Ashi Industries, is right across from the 66 Kva Sub Station in the Government Industrial Estate at Plotno. 100. It’s easy to find because of that big station across the road. We’ve been in this spot for several years now, through the good times and the slow ones. The building is a bit old now, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it holds everything we need to operate. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and the guys talking over the noise. We make things that people need for their own businesses, nothing too complicated but it has to be done right. There’s no big corporate vibe here; we’re just local folks working a job. We drink tea together in the afternoons and talk about the weather or the local news. Ashi Industries is a small operation, but we just try not to cut corners even when we are very busy. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day getting it back up, but that’s just life in a workshop. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of glossy brochures. If you need something, you usually just come by the gate and ask for us. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the orders. It’s a decent way to spend the day for everyone here.
