Down in Village Kharadpada, at Survey No. 148/3, you’ll find the gates of Shri Khatushyam Alloys Pvt. Ltfd. It’s a dusty place, honestly. When you work with alloys and metals, you can’t really keep things pristine. The air usually smells like metal and the sound of the furnace is almost always in the background. We’ve got a small crew here, and everyone knows their job. We don’t wear suits or anything like that; it’s mostly work boots and heavy clothes. The village is quiet compared to the big industrial parks, which we kind of like. It’s a bit out of the way, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. If a truck breaks down on the way to Kharadpada, it’s a long day for everyone. We started this place because we knew how to work the metal, and that’s still what we do. We don't have a website that's updated all the time or a marketing team. If someone needs something, they usually call the landline or just show up. The office is just a small room with a fan that clicks and a lot of filing cabinets. We keep our heads down and focus on the melting and the casting. It's hard work, and the heat from the shop floor can be a lot in the summer months, but we’re used to it. It’s just how we make a living and support our families in the area.
