Hindustan Rubbers

Out here in Village Post Kharadpada, things move a bit differently than in the big city. We are located at Plot No. 375/4/2. Working with rubber is a tough job and it can get pretty smelly, but we are used to it by now. The machines we use are heavy and they need a lot of looking after. Our day starts early before the sun gets too high because the heat from the molds makes the shed very warm. We make all sorts of rubber parts and bits that go into other machines. Most of our workers live nearby in the village, so they just walk or bike over. We don't have a big fancy sign or a front desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes moving crates around or checking the quality of a batch that just came out. It’s honest work. Sometimes the road to the village gets a bit muddy when it rains, and that makes it hard for the delivery trucks, but they usually make it through. We spend a lot of time just maintaining the equipment so everything stays running. It’s a simple setup we have here. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the orders are ready on time. There is no corporate talk here, just people doing their jobs and making sure the rubber comes out right. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything moving along smoothly.
