Our place is at Plot Number 60 in the B. Nanji Industrial Estate. It’s right on Athal Luhari Road in the Kharadpada area of Silvassa. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity around us. Trucks coming in, machines humming next door, that kind of thing. We focus on crop care products, so our warehouse usually has that distinct smell of agricultural supplies. It’s a big enough plot to hold what we need, but we still have to stay organized so things don't get messy. We have some local workers who come in every day to help with the packing and the loading. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and be decent. Silvassa is a busy place for industry, and we fit right in with the other sheds and factories. We spend most of our time making sure the orders are correct before they go out. Mistakes happen sometimes, but we try to catch them. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the door when someone knocks and take care of business. The weather in 396230 can get pretty humid, so we keep the fans running all day long. It's a hardworking environment, and we don't have time for much else. We just stick to our plot and keep the supplies moving to the farmers.
