Jai Shiv Spintex Pvt. Ltd.

Jai Shiv Spintex is located in Vapi at the Anjani Complex, Shop 101. We are right near the HP Gas Agency, which is a busy spot. Vapi is an industrial town, so there is always a lot of activity. Our office is fairly simple. We have some desks, a few samples of the yarn or thread we work with, and a lot of registers. Being a spinning company, our lives revolve around textiles and production schedules. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running right at the units and then coming back here to handle the paperwork. The complex can get quite busy in the mornings when everyone is arriving for work. We have a small staff, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We deal with suppliers and transport guys all day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the monthly accounts. It is a lot of routine, but we find our own way to get through it. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just run our spinning business from this little corner of Vapi and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can every single day.
