Inovative Plasto Tek

Inovative Plasto Tek is located at Plot No-3, specifically in Industrial Gala No- 2 within the Amli Industrial Estate. If you know Silvassa, you know that Amli is a big hub for all kinds of manufacturing. Our gala is just one of many in the row, and it’s where we spend nearly all of our time. It’s a basic industrial setup—concrete floors, high ceilings, and the constant hum of machines. We aren't a big corporation with multiple levels of management; we are just a few people making sure the production stays on track. Every morning starts with checking the equipment and getting the raw materials ready. It’s repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. The estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, and the roads are often busy with trucks loading and unloading. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist; if you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor working. We’ve had to deal with our fair share of machine breakdowns and late shipments over the years, but we always manage to figure it out. It’s just the reality of running a small industrial unit. We keep things simple and focus on getting the orders out on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we’ve built a decent life here in the Amli estate.
