Innovative Solutions is located at Shop No- 8 in the Sonpari Complex. We are right across from the HDFC Bank in Silvassa. It’s a pretty busy part of town so finding us isn't too hard. We’ve been in this shop for a good while. The complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always people walking around. Our shop is small but we make the most of the space. We have our desks set up and some storage in the back for our gear. We don't really go for fancy decorations. It’s a working office. There are just a few of us here. We handle a variety of tasks depending on who walks through the door. Being near the bank is handy for our customers too. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain things in plain English. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on the people who come into Shop No- 8. Some days are slow and we catch up on filing, and other days we’re running around trying to keep up with everyone. We’ve lived in Dadra and Nagar Haveli for a long time, so we know how things work here. We just try to be a reliable local business that people can count on when they need help with something. It’s a straightforward life for us. We keep the shop clean and the door open for anyone who stops by during the week.
