Guarniflon India Pvt Ltd is located out in Village Kala, within the Amboli area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, so things feel a little slower until you actually step inside the production area. We work with industrial plastics and different types of coatings for machines. It’s a bit of a specialized field, but we’ve been doing this for a long time now. The commute can be a bit of a stretch for some of our workers, but we like being out in the village. The air is definitely better than what you find in the bigger industrial hubs. We have a lot of heavy machinery that needs someone watching it all day long. Most of our time is spent checking the gauges and making sure the molds are coming out correctly. We don't have a corporate office with carpets or anything like that. It’s a functional factory space where we get the actual work done. There is a small corner where we eat our lunch and a few cabinets for our records. Sometimes the rain here in Amboli gets really heavy and we have to double-check that the roof isn't leaking near the inventory. We just focus on the technical side of the job. People send us their specific requirements and we try our best to match them. It’s a lot of manual labor and constant monitoring. We just keep our heads down and get the production finished on time every week.
