Packwell Industries

We are located in the Span Ind. Complex at D/25/27. It’s a large complex with many different businesses, so it can be a bit confusing to find our unit at first. Packwell Industries is a practical operation. We focus on packaging and related tasks. The floor is usually covered in scraps and materials because we are always in the middle of a project. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just have our machines and our workspace. It’s often noisy because of the equipment, but we’ve grown used to the sound. The air smells like cardboard and tape. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the shop. We don’t have a lot of rules, as long as the work gets done correctly. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big order to finish. The complex can be a bit dark in the evenings, but we keep our lights on. We don’t spend time on social media or advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or other businesses in the complex. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s consistent and it keeps us all going. We close the big shutters at night and start fresh every morning.
