Filatex India Ltd. is located out on Demni Road at Plotno. 273 45/2. It’s a long road, and we are right in the thick of the industrial patch. The traffic on Demni Road can be a real headache in the mornings. Most of us try to get in early just to beat the trucks. The facility is large, but it feels smaller once you are inside and things are running. There is a lot of movement. We have folks checking the gauges and others moving crates around. It’s a constant rhythm. We don't use a lot of big words here. We just say what needs saying and get on with it. The air is always a bit warm inside because of the processes, but we have big fans that help a little. It’s an honest environment. No one is pretending to be something they aren't. We wear our work clothes and don't mind getting a bit of dirt on our hands. Being at Plotno. 273 45/2 means we are part of the local landscape. We see the same faces every day. We know the guards at the gate and the delivery drivers who come by twice a week. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We take care of the equipment and we take care of each other. That’s about all there is to it. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the production schedules.
