3d Technopack Ltd. is based over in Weybridge. It is a bit of a quiet area, which is nice for focusing on our work. We deal with specialized packaging, and we spend a lot of time looking at 3D designs on our screens. Our office is often cluttered with cardboard samples, plastic molds, and various prototypes we’ve been testing out. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception desk or people wearing suits. Most of us just wear jeans and old t-shirts. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always boiling. We do a lot of emailing back and forth with clients, as you can see from our contact details. The work involves a lot of precise measurements because if a package is off by even a millimeter, it won't fit the product right. We make mistakes sometimes and have to start over, but that is how you learn. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make packaging that actually works for the people using it. The commute here isn't too bad, and there are some nice spots nearby to grab a sandwich for lunch. It’s a decent place to work with a group of people who actually know what they are doing. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out on time.
