Basera Co-Op. Hsg. Sr Society Ltd

This is the housing society over at Survey No. 101 in Amli. It’s a cooperative setup, so it’s run by the residents. We’ve got a small office on the grounds where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It’s mostly about collecting maintenance, fixing leaking pipes, and making sure the trash gets picked up. Amli is a quiet enough area, and our society is tucked away a bit. We don't have a professional management team from some big city. It’s just us neighbors taking turns to look after the place. The office has an old fan and a lot of files from years ago. We meet once a month to talk about what needs doing, like painting the walls or fixing the gate. Sometimes there are disagreements, which is normal when people live close together. We try to keep the gardens decent and the lights working. It’s a lot of small tasks that never really end. We don’t put out brochures or anything. It’s just a home for the people who live here. The survey number 101 is quite large, so there's always something to walk around and check. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s a simple community. We just try to make sure everything runs okay so everyone can live in peace. Most of us have known each other for years, which makes things easier when there's a problem to solve.
