We are based along the Silvassa Naroli Road, right at Survey No. 326/1 and 326/2/1. It’s a good spot because the road is wide enough for the heavy vehicles we deal with. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The building is a sturdy one, though it’s seen better days in terms of paint. We care more about what happens inside anyway. We have different sections for different parts of the process, and we try to keep things moving from one end to the other. It’s usually quite loud during the day with all the activity going on. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just our name on the gate. Most of our day is spent making sure the quality is where it needs to be before anything leaves the floor. We aren't interested in being the biggest place around, just in doing the job properly. Sometimes we stay late if a big order needs to go out by morning. We’ve got a decent group of workers who know their way around the shop. It’s a down-to-earth kind of place. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the tasks. It’s just how we run the business every single day. The office part is small, mostly just for invoices and keeping track of the inventory. We keep it simple because that is what works for us.
