We are out in Village Athal at Plot 255/1. It’s quite a way from the main city, so the commute can be a bit of a pain for some of the staff. On the plus side, it’s much quieter out here than in the big industrial zones. You can see trees and some open ground before you get to our gate. The building is a large, practical space that we’ve filled with our production lines. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a place where things actually get made. We have a lot of local folks from the village working with us, which gives the place a friendly feel. The road leading up to the plot is a bit rough, especially after the rain, so we all drive carefully. We have a small canteen area where we sit and talk about local news or the weather. We don't have any glossy brochures about our history. We just focus on getting the batches right and meeting our deadlines. The hours can be long, and sometimes we have to stay late if a machine needs maintenance. We keep things simple and don't spend money on stuff we don't need. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we take pride in just doing a solid job. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the village has become part of our daily life.
