We are located on Silvasa Road inside the GIDC Estate. It’s a big industrial area, so there are always trucks and vans moving around. Our shop is right opposite Arihant Marble, which makes it easy to explain to people who are trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been here in the estate for a good amount of time now. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, especially with the heavy vehicles, but it’s a good spot for what we do. It’s mostly just the guys and the tools here. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It gets pretty loud during the day because of all the other factories and shops nearby. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in because it gets quite stuffy in there. We just focus on the work at hand. It’s a simple way of running things, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the dust from the marble place across the road comes over, but we just wipe things down and keep going. It’s a typical GIDC workplace, really. No frills, just honest work every day from Monday to Saturday. Actually, we spend a lot of time just drinking tea and talking about the cars that come through. It’s a decent life here on Silvasa Road, even if it is noisy.
