A1 GENIUS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our construction company, A1 Genius Construction Private Limited, is situated in Shop Number 201 on the second floor of the Landmark Business Hub. This is over in the Tokarkhada area of Silvassa. It’s a pretty busy commercial building with people coming and going for all sorts of reasons. We have been in this shop for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our needs for handling the administrative side of our construction jobs. Silvassa has its own vibe, being a hub for industries, and Tokarkhada is right in the thick of it. The Landmark Business Hub is easy for people to find, which helps. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve some sort of site visit or meeting someone locally. The second floor gets a decent breeze if the doors are open, but mostly we rely on the AC when the Silvassa humidity kicks in. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big reception desk. It’s just us working at our computers and talking on the phone. Sometimes we go downstairs to get snacks from the nearby vendors when things get busy. It’s a regular office life, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the buildings we are working on and try to keep everything organized from our little spot in the hub. There is usually a bit of noise from the other shops, but we don't mind it much.
