Taj Auto Parts

Taj Auto Parts is out in Undangaon Village, in the Sillod area. Being in a village means we know almost everyone who walks through the door. We don't just sell parts for cars; we end up helping people with tractors and all sorts of machinery they use on their farms. The shop is located near the post office, so it's a central spot where people gather. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We have shelves full of parts, and they’re usually covered in a bit of dust because of the roads out here. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what’s going wrong with their equipment. Sometimes they bring the broken part in, and other times we have to figure it out from their description. It’s a slow-paced kind of place, and we like it that way. We don’t have fancy computers or a big showroom. It’s just a counter, a ledger, and lots of metal. If someone needs something we don’t have, we try to get it from the city on the next supply run. Life in Sillod is pretty steady, and our business follows that same rhythm. We’ve been serving the local folks here for quite some time, and it’s become a bit of a second home for us. There's always a pot of tea going and someone stopping by just to say hello or ask for a little bit of help.
