We operate out of Gyan Bhavan, which is at 169 Sevoke Road. It is a well-known spot in this neighborhood because Sevoke Road is always packed with people and cars. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Most of our day is spent looking after the plaza and making sure everything is running the way it should be for the tenants and the visitors. There is always something that needs fixing, whether it is a lightbulb in the hallway or a leak in the basement. We do not have a lot of time for sitting around. People drop by Gyan Bhavan all the time with questions or just to pay their rent. It is a very practical kind of job where you have to talk to everyone from shop owners to delivery drivers. The building itself has its own character, having been here for quite some time. We like the location because everything you need is just a short walk away, even if the traffic makes driving a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We keep our space simple and functional because we are usually out in the corridors or checking the exterior anyway. It is just a regular local business trying to keep a busy building in good shape for everyone who uses it every day. We don’t make it complicated; we just do the work and handle the daily issues.
