Ultra Electronic Industries

You can find Ultra Electronic Industries over at Smriti Dham on Sevoke Road. This is in the Darjeeling district, and Sevoke Road is one of those main arteries where there is always something going on. Our place is basically a workshop and an office combined. We have been working with electronics here for quite a while. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a place where things actually get built or fixed. There are usually parts lying around and tools on the benches. We like the atmosphere of Sevoke Road because it feels connected to everything else in the district. Sometimes the weather gets a bit damp, being in Darjeeling and all, but we just keep the heaters going and stay busy with our tasks. We aren't trying to be a global tech giant. We are just a local industry doing our part. People know us for being at Smriti Dham. It is a simple building, nothing too modern. We have a small team of people who know their way around a circuit board. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. It’s a quiet life in the workshop most days, and we are happy with that. We just enjoy the work and the mountain air when the clouds clear.
