Tiyasha Facility Management

We are located at Plot No 80101/581 in Mahamaya Colony, Ward No 47. We are pretty close to the Madiwala City Center and the National Highway 831. Tiyasha Facility Management is basically a group of us who take care of buildings. This means everything from cleaning the floors to making sure the lights work and the water tanks are full. It is messy work sometimes. We are often out at different sites instead of sitting in the office. The office itself is near the highway, so it is always a bit noisy with the trucks going by. We started this because we saw that a lot of the new buildings in the colony needed regular upkeep that the owners couldn't do themselves. We have a small crew and we carry our mops, buckets, and tools in a small van. There is no big hierarchy here. If a drain is blocked, we go and fix it. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; we mostly use a notebook and our mobile phones. It's a lot of physical labor and being on your feet all day. We try to do a thorough job so the residents don't have to worry about the trash or the common areas. It is a straightforward business. We just look after the places where people live and work so things stay running.
