You can find us on the 2nd floor at No. 90 in Seth Srilal Market. Being upstairs means we don't get as much foot traffic as the ground floor shops, but we actually like the bit of quiet it provides. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, especially with the stairs being narrow. We’ve been operating out of this market for a while now. The space is filled with desks and stacks of papers because that’s the nature of what we do. We mostly deal with local clients and other businesses nearby. It’s a practical setup without any fluff. We don’t have a fancy lobby or coffee machines for guests. If you come by, you’ll likely see us busy on the phone or writing out logs. The market downstairs is always buzzing, so coming up here feels like a different world sometimes. We just focus on keeping our records straight and making sure everything is handled properly. There are no big meetings or corporate structures here. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but that’s just how it goes. We take pride in just being a regular local agency that people can rely on without having to deal with a lot of corporate talk or unnecessary delays in our communication.
