Siliguri is a busy place, being the gateway to the hills, but our little corner is usually steady. We don't have a huge team of people. It is just a few of us working from this flat. We chose this spot because it is easy for people in the Darjeeling district to reach us. We don't go for big marketing campaigns or flashy websites. Most of our work is done face-to-face with people from the neighborhood. It is a simple life here. We have our desks, our tea, and our daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside on I.T.I Road gets a bit loud, but we just close the windows and keep going. We aren't trying to be a massive organization.
